The production line consists of a winding and wire trimming machine, a cavity push winding machine, a terminal crimping and wire cutting machine, and a soldering machine. lt is fully automated to complete the production processes of winding,pulling wire into the terminal opening, crimping terminals, cutting processing waste wire, CCD inspection, and soldering. Besides,the product is stripped before it is wound, and each machine is connected by a conveying line, with the product being transferred to each process by a jig strip.
